Jaime Madden joined Project Renewal in 2025 in the role of Chief Operating Officer. A licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working in social services in NYC, they provide leadership and strategic oversight to all Project Renewal frontline programs.

Most recently, Jaime served as the Chief Operating Officer for Advanced Care Alliance of NY and LIFEPlan of NY, both care coordination organizations serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Commissioner at the NYC Administration for Children’s Service.

Jaime brings a wealth of experience working with diverse populations, including children and families, people who have been diagnosed with mental illness and people who have experienced trauma. They also have extensive training in evidence-based interventions and a strong commitment to helping people achieve their goals. Jaime earned their MSW at New York University and their BA at Eugene Lang College of the New School.
